Welcome to Vozor (“Vozor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Vozor website, platform, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Our Service

Vozor is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers, including but not limited to barbers, hairstylists, nail technicians, lash technicians, makeup artists, photographers, and other personal service professionals.

Vozor facilitates introductions and booking opportunities but does not perform the services offered by providers.

2. Independent Service Providers

All providers listed on Vozor are independent businesses or contractors.

Vozor does not employ, supervise, control, or guarantee any provider or the services they perform.

Customers acknowledge that all appointments, services, pricing, and service outcomes are the responsibility of the provider.

3. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Third-Party Processing: Payments, including subscription plans, are processed securely through third-party payment processors, primarily Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
  • Subscriptions & Recurring Billing: If you purchase a subscription-based service or membership on the Platform, your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel it. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without prior notice, unless required by applicable law.
  • Cancellation of Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Pricing & Fees: Applicable service fees, subscription tiers, taxes, cancellation fees, and provider pricing are disclosed during checkout or subscription sign-up.
  • Processing Errors: Vozor is not responsible for payment processing errors, bank fees, or overdraft charges caused by Stripe or your financial institution.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary by provider.

Customers are responsible for reviewing each provider’s cancellation policy before booking.

Refund requests should first be directed to the provider. Vozor may assist in resolving disputes but is not obligated to issue refunds.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Vozor.

These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Booking reminders
  • Booking updates
  • Provider responses
  • Account notifications
  • Customer support messages
  • Promotional messages (only with separate consent)

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or providers.
  • Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform.
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vozor Platform, including logos, branding, graphics, text, software, and design elements, is owned by Vozor or licensed to Vozor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vozor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services provided by independent providers.

10. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Vozor makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Provider availability
  • Appointment availability
  • Service quality
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Business outcomes

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective when posted on this page.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
